TRANSACTION PROFILE

Aggressive small and middle market sized credits. Ranging from balance sheet oriented, credit driven transaction, to "non-traditional" cash flow and hard asset.

The non-traditional program can accommodate structured transaction and complex financing situations. Use of additional collateral, recourse and cross guarantees will be considered.

CREDIT PHILOSOPHY

Our credit philosophy is oriented towards assets that have a history of maintaining their value over time with an emphasis on matching initial and amortizing principal to asset liquidation values.

All fundings are asset based and secured by new and/or used equipment, accounts receivables or other tangible assets to borrowers that can demonstrate adequate cash flow to service both existing and new debt.

Variable Loan - Floating rate over 30 day LIBOR + spread, adjusted monthly
Fixed Rate Loan - Either a 3, 5, 7, or 10 year fixed rate period, which automatically converts to a variable rate loan of LIBOR equivalent to WSJ + 1.75%, adjusted monthly. The index for fixed rate loans is related 3, 5, 7, or 10 year SWAP rates.

Purpose

Acquisition, expansion, construction, re-capitalization, refinance, business buyout, start-ups, working capital, and machinery and equipment purchases
Program is available nationwide to a variety of industries

Variable Loan - Floating rate up to 2.755 above WSJ prime rate, adjusted quarterly

Above 255, prepayment penalty of 5%, 3%, 1%

Lender Fee

$975 package fee
One time SBA guarantee fee

Collateral

Mortgage on business real estate, UCC filings on machinery and equipment

Personal Guarantee

Full guarantee of all principals who own 205 or more of the project

SBA 504 LOAN PROGRAM


Purpose

Real estate and fixed asset purchase including - business acquisition, business expansion, construction, partner buyout, start-ups, turn a rounds, and machinery and equipment
Program is available nationwide to a variety of industries

Conventional Loan - Up to $3,000,000 - First mortgage loan, or approximately 50% of project cost
CDC Loan - Up to $2,000,000 - Second mortgage loan, or approximately 40% of project cost, loan may be higher in certain circumstances

Loan Term

Conventional Loan - Up to 25 years, fully amortizing
CDC Loan - Up to 20 years, fully amortizing

Prepayment Penalty

Declining scale
Above 255, prepayment penalty of 5%, 3%, 1%

Conventional Loan - First mortgage on business real estate, UCC filings on machinery and equipment
CDC Loan - Second mortgage on business real estate, UCC filings on machinery and equipment and other collateral where appropriate
